Osceola Garage has been a dream come true. My roots in the automotive industry date back to junior high school, working on the family car with my father. After high school, I dedicated my life to becoming the best automotive mechanic I could become, with one goal in mind: to open up my own Automotive Service Business. Osceola Garage has fulfilled my life goal. We are grateful for all our loyal customers throughout the years, the community and a special thanks to my family.
Christine’s position is a key component to the overall success of our company. She coordinates the entire company’s workflow and is involved at every level; from sales to scheduling to customer follow-up. Christine also has extensive experience in office management and all administrative duties. She has great organizational skills which is vital for her position. She works well with everyone and motivates the entire team. Most important; her upbeat and friendly personality makes her a joy to work with.
Manager, Croton Falls Location
Maintaining our culture of service excellence was our primary goal when expanding to our second location in Croton Falls. Danya has many years of experience in customer service while working at prestigious automotive companies, to include Infinity. Danya has more than just experience; she has the right attitude and personality that we look for in the people we employ. She does an amazing job as manager of our Croton Falls location, serving our customers by taking care of all their automotive needs.
Company Sales Director
Joe’s role is to make sure that our customers receive the best possible vehicle care and to help achieve our goal to always create an amazing customer experience. Joe also controls the shop production, ensures repair quality and helps the service team with sales. His experience and talents make him the perfect person for this position. Joe’s position is a valuable component to the overall success of the company and ensuring we deliver world-class customer service.
Customer Service Associate
There are some people that are born with the ability to connect with people. Nick is one of those people. Nick has a way about him that shows through as genuine and caring. His skills in customer service come naturally and fit perfectly into the culture at Osceola Garage. Nick works well in a team environment and is always willing to go the extra mile for his fellow workers and for the customers. Customer service has always been our number one business principle at Osceola Garage. Nick understands this principle and we are confident that he will deliver the best service to our valued customers.
ASE Certified Technician
Brendon has an extensive background in all areas of automotive technology. He takes great pride in his work, goes the extra mile and always does what is in the best interest of the customer. Brendon looks for ways to improve workflow enhancements, customer experience and communicates such with managers and service advisors. Brendon's expertise encompasses brakes, steering, suspension, chassis, complicated engine diagnosis and vehicle maintenance. He can diagnose a problem and repair it with impeccable quality and is a valuable team member.
Henry is a joy to work with. He has a great work ethic and is willing to tackle any job. He pays attention to detail and deeply cares about his work. Henry is always looking to improve his skills and always ready to lend a helping hand with his fellow team members. Team spirit is a key component to the success of Osceola Garage and Henry has proven that his contribution to the team has made a difference in both quality and customer service.
Joe is a technician that we turn to with the toughest jobs. Joe’s skills include computer diagnostics, brakes, steering, suspension, general vehicle maintenance and is also skilled in diesel service and repair. His ability to solve complex problems makes him a go-to person and a leader in the shop. He also helps other technicians when needed and is always willing to go the extra mile. Joe is now working on increasing is ASE Certifications (Automotive Service Excellence).
John “Freddie” Youngman
Freddie has many years of experience in all areas of automotive technology. From brakes, steering and suspension, to the most complicated computer and electrical problems. Freddie is also a team leader and is always ready to lend a hand to the other technicians. He is never hesitant to take on the most difficult jobs and is always looking for ways to improve shop production and quality. Freddie also communicates well with the service advisors, which helps with customer service and repair quality.
John is highly skilled technician with years of experience in brakes, suspension, steering, drive-line repair and other mechanical systems. John combines speed of service with quality, which makes him a valuable part of our technician team. He is a team player and is always striving to improve his skills. John also has great ideas to enhance the customer experience and is someone we can rely on with challenging mechanical problems.
David has extensive knowledge in automotive electronics and has proved his skills in this area on a number of tough jobs. While a career as an automotive mechanic requires a well-rounded skill development in many mechanical areas, having David has part of our team gives us an advantage. Today’s vehicles have more electronics than ever before, so having David as the go-to guy in this area helps us with providing the very best customer service for our customers. It is also obvious that David will be a valuable asset for our continued success as technology continues to change.
Detail Facility Manager
Being trained in Europe, Paul has extensive experience and knowledge, which makes him perfect as Manager of our Detail Center. He also has extensive knowledge in all areas of automotive servicing. Detailing is an art where paying attention to the finest details is essential for complete customer satisfaction. Paul works hard each day and leads his team to excellence. We have every expectation that Paul will continue to build our Detail business by delivering the highest quality work.
Danilo has extensive experience in all areas of mechanics; from suspension and steering to brakes, vehicle maintenance and under hood services. He is a team player, highly self-motivated and has a great work ethic. Danilo is becoming a team leader and is always looking to advance his skills. Danilo is a joy to work with and is an important part of our technician’s team.
Customer Service Assistant
Tim takes care of those little things behind the scenes that are so valuable in our goal to provide the very best in customer service and quality repairs. Tim ensures that all parts are ordered correctly, updates and maintains our inventory and helps shuttling our customers home. Tim also helps with the daily workflow process, which is important to ensuring that our customer's vehicles are completed in a timely manner.
