Bill Cummings, Business Manager
Bill Cummings is a graduate from the Universal Technical Institute and an ASE Certified Master Technician with Advanced Engine Performance Certification. Bill has worked his way up through the ranks at Osceola Garage, starting as a technician 10 years ago, advancing to lead technician, then to service advisor and recently promoted to Manager. His extensive knowledge in the automotive repair and service industry has benefits to both our customers and to the Osceola staff.   Bill has always gone the extra mile, has great leadership qualities and works well with our customers which makes him the perfect person for this position. We are very proud to announce his recent promotion to Manager at Osceola Garage.

Frank Lorenzo, Service Advisor
The service advisor position is the link between the customer and the technician. Delivering the very best in service represents our commitment to you, the customer.  Osceola Garage has built its reputation on establishing long term relationships with the community along with quality automotive repairs. Mike Serafini, Senior Service Advisor
Mike has the ideal personality for the position of service advisor. Taking great care of our customers is what we strive for at Osceola Garage and Mike is in tune to customer’s needs and is there at every turn to help. His years of experience in the automotive service business have helped him develop great customer service skills. His communications skills are also an asset with the technicians, insuring that all the customer’s concerns are being addressed properly.

John Frano, Shop Manager
John is truly a Master Technician with great leadership qualities. His work ethic and talents are the keys to his successful career in the automotive business. John works hard at his profession to be the best he can be. His vast experience and knowledge make him not only a valued employee but also a mentor to the younger technicians.

Chris Betz, Technician
Chris is a graduate of Lincoln Technical Institute and also ASE certified. Chris has an excellent work ethic and is always looking to increase his knowledge in all automotive areas. We are fortunate to have Chris as a member of our team. His personality and team spirit make him a perfect fit in our company. 

Anthony Barone, Technician
Anthony, a graduate of Universal Technical Institute, is a hard working technician always looking to improve his skills. His areas of expertise are brakes, steering, suspension, tires and vehicle maintenance, as well as a vast understanding of electronics and automotive computers. His talents and personality make him an asset to the company.

Ed Thompson, Technician
Ed is a perfect fit as a technician employed at Osceola Garage. He has great work ethic and his integrity is impeccable. Ed is a quick learner and always willing to help his fellow technicians. He has a passion for his work and pays attention to detail to ensure all jobs are done with the highest degree of quality. Ed has made great strides in his skill level, since being employed at Osceola Garage, and shows great potential. Ed also shows leadership qualities and I can see him as the Osceola Garage “go to guy” in the future.

John Palmerton, Automotive Technician
John has a background in Asian vehicles and is knowledgeable in vehicle maintenance and repair for all vehicle makes. John has a great attitude toward his work and is a team player. He’s always willing to help his fellow technicians and accepts any new challenge. John takes on the most difficult jobs and works through problems. John’s skill and work ethic make him an important asset to the company and always pays attention to detail. 

Greg Battista, Automotive Technician
Greg’s personality makes him a joy to work with. He is always upbeat and even on the toughest days, finds something positive. This is great for morale and team spirit. Greg has extensive training in GM vehicles and is factory trained and certified .

John Palmerton, Automotive Technician
John has a great attitude toward his work and is a team player. He’s always willing to jump him and help his fellow technicians and willingly accepts any new challenge. John has a background in Asian vehicles and is knowledgeable in vehicle maintenance and repair for all vehicle makes.

Joanne Percotti - Office Manager
Joanne’s strengths are her organizational skills. Since her employment she has implemented many new ideas and programs, which has made Osceola Garage more proficient and professional. Her corporate background has made a positive impact on our company.

Anthony Marconi, Financial Advisor, Marketing Consultant
Anthony is a graduate of Brown University and works has a financial analyst for a major world banking company. His role at Osceola Garage is more of consultant. Anthony helps our company with financial analysis, project planning, budget recommendations and investment counseling.

Joe Marconi Jr., Advertising and Marketing Consultant
Marketing and advertising is an integral part of any business. We are fortunate to have Joe, a talented artist and graphic designer, to help us with our advertising and marketing programs. His creativity is needed to bring an idea from concept to production. Joe holds a Fine Arts Degree from The University at Buffalo, NY.
