Osceola Garage has been a dream come true. My roots in the automotive industry date back to junior high school, working on the family car with my father. After high school, I dedicated my life to becoming the best automotive mechanic I could become, with one goal in mind: to open up my own Automotive Service Business. Osceola Garage has fulfilled my life goal. We are grateful for all our loyal customers throughout the years, the community and a special thanks to my family.
Christine’s position is a key component to the overall success of our company. She coordinates the entire company’s workflow and is involved at every level; from sales to scheduling to customer follow-up. Christine also has extensive experience in office management and all administrative duties. She has great organizational skills which is vital for her position. She works well with everyone and motivates the entire team. Most important; her upbeat and friendly personality makes her a joy to work with.
We are thrilled that Justin has joined our team of service advisors. He has a natural ability to connect with people and is always willing to take the time to explain needed repairs and maintenance services to our customers. Justin also works well with the technicians, which greatly impacts morale. He has years of service experience and looks for ways to improve the customer experience and the workflow process. His mild-mannered approach is greatly appreciated by customers and his coworkers.
We are thrilled to have Ted join our team of automotive technicians. Ted served in the Navy, and we thank him for his service. Ted has a disciplined and structured approach to his work, which is a great attribute in the automotive field. He is a team player and always ready to reach out to his fellow coworkers to lend a hand. He is proficient in many areas of automotive mechanics and is always willing to learn new techniques. Ted is always upbeat, which goes a long way with shop morale.
John has a very promising future. He combines talent, passion and a great work ethic, a winning combination. From his first day of employment, I knew John was a superstar. John performs all vehicle maintenance services, brakes, steering, suspension work and many other mechanical repairs. He is a team player and a joy to work with. As with all our employees, we want to give John all the training and opportunity to exceed and achieve his goals as an automotive technician.
John is highly skilled technician with years of experience in brakes, suspension, steering, drive-line repair and other mechanical systems. John combines speed of service with quality, which makes him a valuable part of our technician team. He is a team player and is always striving to improve his skills. John also has great ideas to enhance the customer experience and is someone we can rely on with challenging mechanical problems.
John “Freddie” Youngman
Freddie has many years of experience in all areas of automotive technology. From brakes, steering and suspension, to the most complicated computer and electrical problems. Freddie is also a team leader and is always ready to lend a hand to the other technicians. He is never hesitant to take on the most difficult jobs and is always looking for ways to improve shop production and quality. Freddie also communicates well with the service advisors, which helps with customer service and repair quality.
Mike has the natural talent to always know what is in the best interest of our customers. When you combine Mike’s experience, knowledge, and customer service skills, it is no surprise that he is an important part of our continued success. Mike understands that the customer’s needs are always top priority and will go the extra mile to ensure that we meet and exceed the customer’s expectations. Mike also works well with all staff members, which greatly helps with shop morale.
Service Advisor Assistant
One of our company’s primary objectives is ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality customer service. Tanner’s position is to make sure that we take care of all the little things that add to providing the level of customer service our customers have come to know and enjoy. Tanner has a great attitude toward his work, is always enthusiastic about his position and always willing to lend a helping hand to his coworkers.
Ray has extensive experience in automotive technology and uses his knowledge to manage our customer's car care needs. Ray also understands that customers have particular needs and does an amazing job identifying those needs and offering the right car care. He also works well with our technicians, which is an important part of our overall workflow, which helps to ensure our customer's cars are done in a timely manner. Ray served as a Marine, and we thank him for his service to our nation.
Detail Facility Manager
Being trained in Europe, Paul has extensive experience and knowledge, which makes him perfect as Manager of our Detail Center. He also has extensive knowledge in all areas of automotive servicing. Detailing is an art where paying attention to the finest details is essential for complete customer satisfaction. Paul works hard each day and leads his team to excellence. We have every expectation that Paul will continue to build our Detail business by delivering the highest quality work.
